Isn't the number 4 in the Welsh language also a Star Wars character?

In Welsh, the number 4 is Pedwaar... and i think, not entirely sure but... think its also the name of a Star Wars character, from one of the newer Star Wars movies, does anyone know if thats true?..i think its princess pedwaar or sumthing..
