The question? That's the easy part. The language? It's Elvish Lord of the Rings Elvish to be exact. There is a way to learn it but I am unsure how or where. I would love for someone to help me out with this; even if it's a bit far fetched There are two languages I believe, and I would like to learn the language that Aragorn can speak. I also believe that the language is based off of Finnish and Welsh, if that helps at all.

They say stuff like, it's always rains in Wales, they don't appreciate where they live, welsh is a dying language, they are all ignorant and arrogant.
