Are the languages Breton, Cornish and Welsh all mutually understandable?

I know all 3 languages are within 20 to 25% of each other of being the same language, but can speakers of one language understand the other 2? I've been told that this is true of Cornish and Breton, but what about welsh?

    No….I’m a fluent Welsh speaker and can’t speak either of the other two…

    eg…"Our Father who art in heaven"…

    Welsh…" Ein Tad, yr hwn wyt yn y nefoedd".

    Cornish.."Agan tas ny, us yn nef ."

    I don’t know what it is in Breton. (Breton has ‘z’ in its alphabet).

    I’m a fluent welsh speaker and I cannot understand any of Cornish / Breton. They’re languages that prospered isolated of each other.

    I am a native welsh speaker and i can’t understand Breton at all its too heavy influenced by french but i understand the odd word. As for cornish on the other hand i understand a great great deal and can follow news casts on the internet and everything. Must be noted that i am from South Wales and Southern Welsh is closer to Cornish than northern Welsh for example

    Cwympo is the southern word for falling and its kempo or something similar in Cornish.

    Menydh – Mynydd
    Gavr – Gafr
    Peskoden – Pysgodyn
    Tas – Tad
    Peswar – Pedwar

    Whegh – Chwech
    Gweles – Gweld

    Not completely but you can understand the jist of sentences in the other languages

    I speak Cornish so it’s probably easier for me, it’s in the middle of Welsh and Breton. It is probably harder for Welsh and Breton to understand each other, and vice versa
