Do the Welsh speak the best English?
You are wright there K wilson my first language is Welsh but it isn't odd it's the language of our home our community and our country we know no different. And Welsh is not welsh gaelic it's Brythonic. Gaelic is another group Goidelic . Goidelic consists of Irish, Scots Gaelic and Manz whereas Brythonic consists of Welsh, Breton and Cornish .

Yes! I’m an American who lived in Wales (Swansea) for about 7 months. The Welsh accent is amazing – I loved it. English is not the most beautiful language, but the Welsh make anything sound like poetry, or a song.
Definitely not !! They probably speak the best Welsh though.
Hell to the no! I be speaking the best English over here in California! Fo sho my nizzles!
no i can’t understand anything welsh people say
erm…no. a lot of their first language is, oddly enough, welsh, so their english lags a little.
i would say that people from southern england speak the best english, to be honest.
Not sure what you mean, since they speak Welsh/Gaelic
There is no such thing as the "best" English for native English speakers. Welsh English has a tendency to use periphrastic constructions due to the influence of the Welsh language itself, rather like Irish English. It’s non-rhotic, which is a pity i think, and it uses schwa for all short "u" sounds, which is interesting and i actually ended up doing that too for a while after i had a Welsh girlfriend. My favourite English accents are probably Mancunian and along the eastern side of Scotland, particularly Edinburgh and Aberdeen.
ummmmm….i don’t think sooo……i think the english speak the best english………what about you????
hey can you help me out? please? pretty please?

I think the Welsh speak more grammatically correct English than the English do and we definitely are better at spelling judging by some I see on here. Ok, we do make it more beautiful with our soft lilting accent and, yes, I am a Welsh speaker myself with a good South Walian accent so I accept that I am biased.
My mother is Welsh and my dad was English, so I was brought up fully bilingual, but the language of my hearth and heart is Welsh. I have a degree in English………… and speak it confidently in any situation……………… with my lovely Welsh accent!!
