Hello,
Can someone please help me and tell me how to say the following in Welsh please?
'How can I Help you?'
'I'm Sorry but I'm not a fluent Welsh speaker, would it be ok to continue in english please?'
'Hold on I'll just transfer you to one of my Welsh speaking colleagues'
