Isn't the number 4 in the Welsh language also a Star Wars character?

In Welsh, the number 4 is Pedwaar... and i think, not entirely sure but... think its also the name of a Star Wars character, from one of the newer Star Wars movies, does anyone know if thats true?..i think its princess pedwaar or sumthing..

I must defer to the previous answer concerning the Welsh number four (pedwar in the masculine form), however there are no characters in the Star Wars canon with this name.
From the prequel trilogy I can only assume that you may be thinking of Padmé Amidala, who was the Queen of Naboo.
Another word that could slightly resemble pedwar is the Jedi title of "Padawan". This title was the lowest rank in the Jedi Order and referred to a Jedi who was apprenticed to a Jedi Master or a Jedi Knight who could further the Padawan’s training.
Aside from these I know of no other characters or words that could possibly be mistaken for pedwar, however I can assure you that none of them are actually named pedwar.
