To me, prayer is the sincere communication with God of what is in one's heart, it is not the recital of something written/rehearsed.

In whatever language, address your God, in the name of your savior (and my savior, and the savior of all humankind), Jesus Christ, and express what is in your heart. Give thanks for the things he has given you, for all we have is a gift from him. Ask for those things that you may need (health, guidance, protection, forgiveness of sin, help with work/school, etc. Blessings upon children/parents/siblings, etc (family), friends, etc).

Sorry, I don't know any of the languages you mention, but here are some words often used in prayer in my other native tongue (Spanish):

Dios - God
Dios Mio - My God
Nuestro Dios - Our God
Padre Nuestro - Our Father
Padre Mio - My Father
Padre Bendito - Blessed Father
Padre que estás en los cielos - Father who art in Heaven

Jesús - Jesus
Cristo - Christ
Jesucristo - Jesus Christ
Salvador - Savior
Redentor - Redeemer
Señor - Lord
Su sacrifício por mí - His sacrifice for me (Christ's death on the cross, suffering for our sins)
En el nombre de Cristo - In Christ's name
En el nombre de Jesús - In Jesus' name

Agradecer - to thank
Dar gracias - to thank
Salvar - to save
Bendecir - to bless
Ayudar - to help
Pedir - to ask
Te doy gracias por ... - I give you thanks for ...
Te pido que ... I ask you that ...
Te pido que bendigas ... - I ask you to bless ...
perdonar - forgive
perdón - forgiveness
pecado - sin
mis hijos - my children
mis padres - my parents
mi familia - my family
salud - health
mi trabajo - my job
mis estudios - my studies
tu palabra - your word
tu vóluntad - your will
guíame - guide me
protégeme - protect me

... etc ... those things that you wish to thank God for/ask God for.

Amén - Amen

Good luck, and God bless you.
