For a native English speaker who also knows French, German, Latin, and has knowledge of many other languages, how hard is Welsh to learn? Is the grammar regular? Is pronunciation easy and spelling phonetic?

From what I have read she could speak Spanish, French, French proper, Greek, Welsh, Latin and of course English. It this list correct? I have been running into contradicting sources.

In particular, Yahoo's inability to have a proper English spell checker even when on their UK and Ireland sites?
Our language has a long and proud history, with a language derived from Latin, Scandinavian. Greek, Gaelic, Welsh etc that has developed into the finest language in the world.
Yet these New World upstart chappies have only been around a couple of centuries and decide that they can change the spelling and then try to impose their spellings through their inadequate online spellcheckers..

I've spoken English my entire life and I want to learn a second language. I've narrowed it down to a few languages, but I'd be happy to take other suggestions. I'd like to learn Latin, German, French, Dutch, Chinese, Swedish, or Welsh.
If you would, please suggest a way to learn the language, too (personal tutor, Rosetta Stone, etc.). I'm on a budget, too.
