oral exam practice, HELP :(?

okay so i have a oral exam practice next week for welsh, im in a welsh school i can speak welsh and that, but i hate talking to the class.
its on our opinion, we got to choose out of three different categories, our opinion on our city, animal protesting, and abortions, iv picked abortion, because it seemed easier and i could have my own opinion on it because im a girl lol, but i really dont want to speak out to the class :/ iv'e taken drama, and i love it im really confident with acting out, but not reading!
can anyone give me advise on how to keep calm and not be nervous! its going to bug me now for the rest of the week.

Stammering, how to talk more fluent?

i've just turned 16 and i have just realised that i cant take anymore of my stammer. i have had it since i was 6 and it affects me every day of my life, even if its answering a simple question like what did you have for food?. it affects me in school themost, every day i dread school because i do not want to be piccked on to answer a question or definitly i do NEVER want to read out loud. my teachers do not know that i have a stammer and they just think that i am very shy, i also have social anxiety because of my stammer. afew weeks ago i had my gcse french oral mock examination and i revised every single word and i got to the exam, felt intimidated by my teacher and i answered in words, even though i knew every word i just couldnt get the words out, i had to pretend that i went blank and forgot everything, it is the most frustrating thing ever. even if someone asks me my name it's so hard. i have my welsh oral exam tomorrow and im so nervous it will either go great and my words will flow out or it will go terrible and i will completely freeze.

i need help on how to relax and breathe properly please :(

welsh oral exam and needs ideas!?

hi :D
i have a welsh oral exam in a month and i have to talk for 5 minutes about a particular subject. It needs to have 5 points. For example,
Subject: First World War
point 1. why did it start?
point 2. who was involved?
point 3. the life as a soldier?
point 4. how did it effect the country/welsh language?
point 5. how did it end?

so i'm stuck thinking of a subject, i dont want the common ones like obesity, anorexia, credit crunch etc.
any ideas?!

can anyone speak simple welsh ?!?!?!?!?

hey guys, i have a welsh oral exam tomorrow, the teacher is going to ask me a set of simple questions about myself and homelessness in wales. i just need simple ways to say these sentences, if any1 can help me say them in welsh i would REALLY appreciate it! 10 points best answer, thanks! x x

homelessness is expected to rise by 12 percent between 1996 and 2016. 50,000 people experience homelessness in wales every year. it is terrible.

i think they are homeless because of lack of jobs and education. wales is much less populated than england.

to be honest cardiff has a largr number of homelessness than abertae but on the other hand places like london have high homeless rates too.

anyone please?? simple sentences don't have to be hard just enough to get the message across of what i said in each part, thanks
