How can I talk to a guy with a Welsh accent? (yummy!) I live in Canada...
Worst accent has to be either a Newfie accent or one of those deep southern drawls - they truly do sound like they just fell off the turnip truck...yep, howdy ma - I jess done milkin' them thar cowwws! Oh, just thought of another one - people who don't know how to say "ask" properly, so they say "ax". What's with that? They don't sound cool, they sound stupid.

Give me the link to a youtube video of someone talking in a pure South Welsh accent or the name of a celebrity that talks in a authentic South Welsh accent.

I keep having this dream were my mum comes into my room and tells me that walls are talking to her in a welsh accent and I don’t believe her. Then the dream goes further on and I hear it. All of a sudden the walls start to close in on me. Does this mean anything?

ok. so i'm an American that lives in California and i love the accents in the UK. The English accent (more Londoner) and Welsh accent just make me melt. I wanna pick up some of their vocabulary (just for the heck of it) and at the same time enjoy a movie. Any suggestions as to some authentic english/british/UK movies that i would enjoy? (not the mainstream american movies) Please list as many as you would like. I appreicate it!
like..once upone a time in the midlands, or 28 days later, or green street hooligans, or nil by mouth, etc.

I was on Xbox live talking with somebody with a really really thick Welsh accent, the most Welsh accent in Wales (Im from the North west of England with an English accent) and an American came on, and we were all talking together for a wile, and he said we both sounded the same and had the same accents?

This is for a story I'm writing, one of the characters has a Welsh accent and I wondered how you would write it phonetically? Or can't you?
Thanks for any help!
Hooch: We go to Wales on holiday every year, so I'll do some studying while I'm there. =)
