Welsh names are one of my guilty pleasures. I'm currently trying to put together a boy/girl twin name set and just started to think what I would use if I was going to use Welsh names. So here are my favourite Welsh names, which girl name would you combine with which boy name to make a set of names for twins? The meanings are written after them.
Alys - Noble
Crystin - Christian
Eirlys - Snowdrop
Iseult - Beautiful
Lilwen - Lily
Rhoslyn - Rose hill
Seirian - Sparkling
Seren - Star
Aneirin - Noble
Arthen - Bear
BrĂ¢n - Raven
Cadfael - Battle Prince
Caerwyn - White Fort
Delwyn - Handsome
Iestin - Just
Selwyn - Friend in the Castle
Sulien - Sun-born

This is a continuation of my previous question. If you answered that one, thank you. If not, that's fine too.
I'm writing a novel set in Wales and would like to use Welsh names. I have some names for each gender, but I'd like to narrow it down a bit. Please list all and any that you like. If you like none of them, that's okay. But please be open-minded, since this is for a story. Thank you.

I was recently married and my husband and I have Welsh heritage in common, which we're very proud of and would like our children to have Welsh names. We're actually hoping to adopt a puppy soon and would like that to have a Welsh name as well. Could someone (credible) please recommend a good website and/or book of Welsh baby names that definitely includes easy-to-understand pronunciations? If you know of a book and it's not on Amazon, could you also recommend how we could purchase it? We are in New York State near Canada.
Thank you!

I'm trying to find a long list of male and female Welsh names, preferably with pronunciations. Are there any you can recommend? Thank you.

I just finished reading Bernard Cornwell's "The Warlord Chronicles" and was wondering how to say the Welsh names. I found some on his website, but the two that I wondered about the most are "Seren" and "Gwydre".
Thanks for your help!

I'm an American druid of the Welsh Gwyddonic tradition, and would love to learn the language. Several of the Gods/Goddesses have Welsh names and I want to pronounce them properly.
