My family crest has the words "heb dduw, heb ddim, duw a digon" written on it. It is Welsh and it means "Without God, Without anything. God and Enough." It does not seem to make any sense to me. Can anybody explain what this means?

I want to know what this means. Can someoen who speaks welsh please translate in to english? What does 'GOCH DDYRY-CYCHWYN-Y-DDRAIG' mean? Thanks
