Welsh speakers help needed.?

I am planning on proposing to my Welsh girlfriend and really want to be able to do it in her native tongue.

Is there anybody out there that speaks Welsh can help me

    What do you want to say something like?

    Cariad dwi wedi syrthio mewn cariad gyda ti, ac rwy’n sicr fy mod i am fynd â phethau ymhellach. Ti wir yn golygu llawer i mi i ddweud y gwir y byd i gyd felly os mae’n iawn ‘da ti , a wnei di fy mhriodi i?

    (Translates as – Darling i have fallen in love with you , and i’m certain that i want to take thinks further. You truly mean alot to me, to say the truth you mean the whole world to me so if it’s orite with you, Will you marry me?
